As a valued and passionate member of our team you will specialise in assessing, treating, and managing complex foot ulceration in high-risk patients. You will be at the forefront of health education and training events, contributing to our commitment to excellence., Provide professional and clinical support and leadership to all staff Take a lead in the management of complex cases within the field of diabetes / wound management, supporting other staff and co-working when needed Working with service users to develop outcome focused treatment / support plans Establish and maintain effective working relationships both within the organisation and external organisations Provide teaching and training in our specialist area to the wider workforce Be involved with and be prepared to take the lead in clinical audit / research
You will be able to make a real impact within our service by collaborating with well-established multidisciplinary teams in the community and with colleagues at Royal Stoke University Hospital. Utilising your excellent interpersonal and communication skills you will drive initiatives to improve and enhance outcomes for patients.
