We have a fantastic opportunity for an OD (HR) Support Officer to join our friendly, supportive, and collaborative team.

The purpose of this role is to support the Organisational Development Business Partner for Children’s Services to plan and co-ordinate the Children’s Services Learning and Development Offer and to assist in providing a comprehensive workforce development service across Children’s services.
You will be responsible for undertaking administrative and organisational processes, to include identifying training needs, procuring and arranging training and the provision of related workforce management information as well as supporting with the coordination of the Children’s Training Budget as overseen by the Principal Social Worker.
Confidence and experience in using a range of software and systems to produce, analyse and report workforce data is key in this role.
This vacancy is fixed term until 31.12.2025.
