Airbus' busy UK Occupational Health department requires a new temporary team member to carry out administration tasks during our transition to a new medical database.
Responsibilities
1. Booking employee appointments
2. Preparing employee case files for clinicians - ensuring clinical and privacy protocols are adhered to
3. Maintaining the daily clinics diary for multiple clinicians (nurses/doctors/physiotherapists)
4. Confirming appointment date/times with employees' managers
5. Check/align employee data within internal organisation tables
6. Ensure correct information relating to appointment has been entered - update/correct where required
7. Sending SMS messages for appointment reminders
8. Saving contact information in employee folders to ensure auditable trail
9. Adding information notes for clinicians
10. Assisting with reception enquiries
Key Qualities
1. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Competent IT user
3. Experience with Google Suite & Microsoft Office
4. Database experience
