We are seeking an experienced Cleaner, with a demonstrable track record of working within an housing and care team within a housing or customer focused environment to support our two award-winning companies to make a real difference to people’s lives, homes and communities.
The role is 0 hours covering Holiday, sickness and scheduled deep cleaning of our three Extra Care Schemes in North Wales (Prestatyn, Mold. Holywell) and our North Wales office based in Ewloe. The allocated shifts are generally 5 hours a day (flexible times) over a 7 day working week. Applicants may be based near any of our sites as the location varies.

5. A strong customer focused and empathetic approach to dealing with customers
6. The ability to work as part of a small, busy team as well as to work alone and therefore capable of organising your workload and making decisions
7. Excellent communication skills .
8. Proficient knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety
9. A proven track record of working in a cleaning role

What you will be doing?
Using the WWH values, you will demonstrate effective skills and behaviours to confidently be a part of the Cleaner function and provide assistance and support to the wider team. You will enable the delivery of services to our residents by providing effective cleaning support to all departments within the Group.
You must also be a good communicator and provide a high quality, friendly customer-orientated service .
