We are currently recruiting for a temporary customer service assistant to work for a 4 month period, full time and 100% office based. This is a project based Customer care position that requires 4 months commitment. Key duties include: KPI/SLA and general data analysis to ensure you drive data driven fact-based decision making proactively for our customers Support Customer & Service Care Manager for new product readiness (processes and training) Review customer complaints and concerns that arise from a new account set up or out of service review interactions and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience Providing internal operational support Ensuring customer system is kept up-to-date and accurate Managing and supporting customer relationships per service level agreements Ensuring new and migrated customers are carefully on-boarded Hosting relevant platform training Create service packs Prepare and send customer communications Key requirement: Self motivated and organised Excellent attention to detail Good customer service skills over the phone and email The benefits of being a temporary worker through Bucks & Berks Recruitment: A friendly and supportive temps' team; we are here to answer any questions and support you in your role.
