We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality care services. As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Oversee and support the delivery of care services, ensuring they meet all applicable regulatory standards in an efficient and patient-focused manner. Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve and maintain a safe level of care, promoting dignity, independence, and privacy for all service users. Training & Development: Facilitate and manage the training function, ensuring it meets both regulatory and service delivery requirements. Policy Implementation: Review, update, and implement company policies in line with regulatory requirements and internal processes. CQC Compliance: Manage and support the implementation of the CQC domains framework, helping staff understand performance and make necessary improvements. Governance: Work as part of the governance committee to establish and maintain a robust governance structure, attending meetings to provide updates on data protection and other key issues. Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits, providing reports to the Senior Management team, identifying trends, and recommending actions. Risk Management: Administer the risk management register and review process, ensuring all incidents are reported, and shared learning is implemented across the business. Commercial Support: Assist in commercial activities such as contributing to tenders and managing contracts. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all relevant regulatory and contractual standards are communicated and maintained to an acceptable level.
