The Role As a Grants & Contracts Manager, you will oversee a range of funding and fundraising activities, as well as ensuring effective contract management. Specifically, you will be involved in developing and managing funding applications, creating compelling funding bids for statutory, trust and foundation sources. You will work with the Head of Contract Development, Grants & Contracts Co-ordinator and leadership teams, steward relationships with funders and lead the initial stages of new funding agreements. You will ensure compliance with funding requirements, track reporting, and monitor processes. Additionally, you will: - Research and submit tenders and funding applications, including budget development - Maintain and improve fundraising systems, including CRM management - Support the delivery of the organisation’s annual business planning and budgeting About You To be considered as a Grants & Contracts Manager, you will need: - Experience of writing and submitting successful funding applications to trusts, foundations, and statutory sources - Experience of analysing and preparing financial information and presenting it in accessible formats - Previous line management experience - Excellent communication skills with the ability to write compelling, clear applications and reports - Strong time-management, organisational and IT skills, including the use of Microsoft 365 and CRM systems - A commitment to equality, diversity and understanding the issues faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans communities The closing date for this role is 20th January 2025 at 9am.
