Finance Manager Job ID 215567 Posted 22-Apr-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance Location(s) London - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Job Title: Senior Finance Manager Reporting To: Global Finance Director, GWS Location: London Purpose : The Senior Finance manager will be responsible for managing in scope contract commercials, financial reporting, process, audit and control of the UKI portfolio. As a key member of the Global senior financial management team, they will provide the Account leadership with high quality commercial & financial reporting, to support the drive for value, service improvement and change across the entire portfolio. This role will be a key interface for the EMEA Client and related CBRE Leadership team. The person will require excellent Client relationships and the ability to meet the strict client and CBRE reporting and MI requirements. Key Accountabilities: - Drive high quality financial / commercial performance throughout the business, by developing strategic internal and external client relationships. - Hold key relationship with local client. - Ensure reporting consistency and integrity for both internal and external reporting - BOS creation and improvement. - Ensure full compliance with SOX control requirements within CBRE and with emphasis of Contract Assurance activities. - Build and maintain strong relationship with Client staff exceeding their expectations at all times. - Own CBRE month-end Global process and reporting integrity - Manage the CBRE month-end process improvement and standardization. - Manage the CBRE and Bank PLAN and Forecasting outputs. - Support Global Finance Director, Account Lead and Regional Operations Lead with high quality financial information. - Draw upon CBRE best practice where appropriate. Build networks with SMEs to ensure awareness of wider initiatives. - Provide high quality value added financial reporting across the entire portfolio, and at all levels - internally and externally. - Act as point of contact for all CBRE Regional or GWS finance related initiatives.
