In this role, you'll be responsible for providing specialist analytical, technical and operational expertise to the Technology wholesale team.
Managing relationships with areas across the business and with a number of our suppliers, you'll provide technical SME support and Service Management of Applications, including products and services across our wholesale technology landscape, as well as through our wholesale technology partners.

Working with technical and business teams to identify and resolve the root cause of service performance failures
Responsible for protecting service through change control and governance
Aiding a smooth transition of of project changes into live service
Highlighting and managing risks that could undermine the the delivery of exceptional service for business customers and adherence to agreed SLAs
Strong presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills

ITILv3 / v4 or Agile Service Delivery certification desired
