At Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Part Time Property Coordinator to join our team in Walsall. You will provide property management and tenancy administration support to our branches, landlords, and tenants.

Key responsibilities:
* Arrange safety inspections and certifications as per legislation
* Conduct routine and additional property visits within required timeframes
* Liaise with contractors to ensure repairs and maintenance meet standards and deadlines
* Claim for repair/maintenance work under insurance where applicable
* Determine liability for work between landlords and tenants
* Ensure prompt and proper payments to contractors, landlords, and for deposits
Skills and experience:
* Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
