HR Officer Salary Range: £31,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience) Location: Salisbury (flexible/hybrid working supported) Job Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Join a leading archaeology and heritage service provider as an HR Officer. Day-to-day of the role: Administer HR areas including benefits, employee relations, and recruitment. Develop and ensure compliance with Employment policies. Support payroll processing and recruitment with a focus on inclusivity. Manage data for organisational reporting and handle confidential information securely. Required Skills & Qualifications: CIPD membership and qualification at least Level 3 or equivalent experience. Solid HR Generalist experience with knowledge of best practices and employment laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage complex situations. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
