NEW ROLE: Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional who has a very steady work history and wants to join a dynamic and company.
You will supporting the HR manager closely with:
- On boarding new starters, recruiting for staff, compliance and issuing contracts
- Ensure the HR system, is kept up to date ans accurate
- Dealing with disciplinary & grievances
- Oversee HR admin including employee / staff records, contracts and reviewing benefits
- Ensuring training is up to date and monitoring areas in which staff could be encouraged to have more training to ensure they are working to their best potential
- Keeping policies up to date
- Producing various reports including staff turnover / gender diversity and gathering data.
This is a very hands on role, CIPD Level 5 is required and a good knowledge of compliance.
