You will work 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday and earn a base salary of up to £26,000 dependant on experience. As a Digital Valuation Team Agent you will play a crucial role in shaping the outcome of valuations from lenders using various methods such as Automated Valuation Models (AVM), Desktop Valuations (DV), and Physical Inspections. You will be part of the development and processing of the Property Decision Engine. What you'll be doing: Complete the digital valuation service using excellent communication skills to achieve client service expectations Understand property specifications to identify properties that are suitable for this type of valuation, working closely with Legal & General Surveying Services' employed Surveyors to ensure correct assessments are made To include managing Management Information (MI) systems Using booking technology and systems, plan and organise Legal & General Surveying Services' employed Surveyors to maximise utilisation and efficiency Provide guidance on client specifications and requirements where necessary Actively engage in your own development program and to manage stakeholders across related businesses to ensure their continuing support Continually analyse performance and operational Key Performance Indicators to inform continuous improvement of the process journeys and ensure daily business performance is on track and managed Completing Buy-to-Let (BTL) portfolio rental and capital assessments.
