Role: Customer Services Advisor Location: Amersham Salary: up to £30,000 per annum. A highly regarded and well-established law firm are seeking a Customer Service Advisor join their busy team. As they to continue to grow and receive a higher volume of client inquiries, they are looking to strengthen their Client Services Team with a new Client Service Advisor at their Amersham office. No prior legal experience is necessary, as they will provide comprehensive training. However, the ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or a similar role, where interacting with clients and offering support was part of the job. It's important to have a compassionate approach, as some clients may be dealing with challenging circumstances. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, well-organized, and able to manage tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and time-management abilities are essential for this position. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for new client inquiries, responding by phone and email. Understand each client’s needs and determine how we can best assist them. Accurately capture key information and enter it into our system. Provide professional and empathetic support to clients, ensuring their requests are addressed. Share relevant information and guide clients to additional resources when necessary. Schedule client appointments and ensure internal procedures are followed for communication with both clients and colleagues. Follow up on inquiries to ensure all client needs are met. Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Ensure that all final interactions with clients leave a positive and supportive impression. Offer assistance to other team members as required. To be successful in this role, you'll need: Strong customer service and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay calm under pressure. Proficiency with MS Office applications. Strong written and spoken English skills.
