Job Description:
THIS POST HAS AN ANNUAL PAY AWARD PENDING
Are you someone who takes pride in a tidy space, loves a bit of routine, and enjoys helping others feel comfortable and cared for? Then this could be just the role for you!
We’re looking for someone warm, reliable and ready to roll up their sleeves. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of creating a clean, welcoming and homely environment for our residents, making a real difference in their daily lives.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Taking the lead on laundry duties: washing, drying, ironing and folding clothes and linens.
2. Lending a hand in the kitchen and dining areas.
3. Keeping things spotless with general housekeeping tasks.
4. Working alongside a friendly, close-knit team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Your eye for detail and caring approach will help make our service feel like home for everyone who lives here. Whether it’s a freshly pressed shirt or a sparkling clean kitchen, your work will bring comfort and dignity to those we support.
No experience in care? No problem! If you’re enthusiastic, dependable, and have a heart for helping others, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to thrive in this role, and you’ll be part of a team that truly values what you bring.
Why join us?
* A warm and supportive team environment.
* Full training provided – no prior experience needed.
* Real job satisfaction every single day.
If you're ready to bring comfort, kindness, and care into your everyday work, we’d love to hear from you.
