You will have divisional alignment where you can nurture best practice and implement new creative strategies to help us on our goal to being the #1 Caterpillar Dealership in APAC!
Roster: Monday – Friday / 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
* Lead by example through best practice recruitment activity including compliance, exceptional time to offer, minimising roles open over 90 days and delivering superior customer service
* Provide recruitment advice and support to stakeholders with general recruitment enquiries, which is timely and consistent with our people and recruitment strategies and policies
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead action to implement them as required
* Perform proactive talent sourcing, using attraction strategies that will contribute to positioning WesTrac as an employer of choice
* Contribute to team effectiveness by offering value adding suggestions at meetings, providing learning feedback/comments and support to others which aim to improve team performance and assist other members of the team
Skills & Experience:
* Experience recruiting from within an internal, outsourced, or agency recruitment function. You will be dealing with high-volume operational roles, and it would be desirable for you to have been exposed to these environments
* You have the confidence and adaptability to contribute and/or lead on projects to enhance the team
* Flexible, adaptable and resilient approach – ability to work within a consistently changing and fluid environment, with strong interpersonal skills to communicate and manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
* Demonstrated experience in building relationships with multiple stakeholders including an influencing and strategic partnering mindset
* Effective experience with sourcing/headhunting, screening and interviewing candidates via telephone and in person to assess candidate skills, experience, education, fit with organisational culture and other characteristics necessary to fill positions.
