An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Healthcare Support Worker to join the team at South Pembrokeshire Hospital's Sunderland Ward.
This is a 40-bed unit focused on the rehabilitation of the elderly. Both services are led by a consultant. Admissions are accepted by the community general hospitals.
The team works alongside community, primary care, and the acute sites to develop an integrated rehabilitation approach to promoting patient independence and best outcomes for discharge.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate some experience working with the elderly and understand the principles of rehabilitation nursing.
Full-time or part-time hours are available.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post; however, we welcome applications in English or Welsh.
