Available within our growing Ipswich based Consumer Credit company, Funeral Safe Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and provides unsecured personal loans for the purchase of end of life services such as funerals, pre-paid funerals, Wills and Legal Services. Funeral Safe operates throughout the UK. You will have the very highest working standards and meticulous attention to detail. Be able to work in a friendly team and independently. What will we do for you? We will provide you with a friendly working environment within our small Ipswich based team. We will provide you with all the necessary equipment and training to be able to grow into your new role and develop within the team. We will provide you with an annual performance and salary review. We operate a very transparent and open working environment where you will be heard and appreciated.
Responsibilities Include:
* Call handler - Incoming and outgoing calls
* Take loan applications over the phone and fulfil customer’s requests
* Liaison with customers to ensure head of departments have all information required
* Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
* Adhere to job policies and ensure training is kept up to date
* Maintain and update account records
* Assess customer needs, explore all options and assist good customer outcomes
* Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout all processes
* Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
Working Terms:
* 40 hour week
* 2 days in required in the office, 3 days working from home
* Own transport required due to location of office
* Previous phone based customer service experience required
* A DBS check will be carried out on successful candidate
