Job Description
Home Instead South Lanarkshire has been operating in the Lanark area for 7 years providing bespoke home care services to members of the community. Home Instead South Lanarkshire covers Forth, Lanark, Kirkfieldbank, Carluke, Braidwood, Blackwood, Carnwath, Biggar, Symington and other areas in the South Lanarkshire district.

Care Assistant Benefits:
* Excellent pay rates: £13.00ph - £13.25 come first of April.
* Hours Available: This will be guaranteed hours contract of 25 hours with availability to work up to 30.
* Minimum 1 hour call: so you have the time needed with the client.

Carer Responsibilities:
Being a Heath care Assistant is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
* Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
* Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
* Accompanying to appointments or shopping.
* Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
Qualifications:
* Valid UK Driving License.
* Access to your own vehicle.
* Provide 2 UK based professional references.
