Key Responsibilities as an Administrator: As an Administrative Officer, some of your key duties will include: Reception and Frontline Communication: Handle reception duties, respond to web chats, and answer calls to support effective client relations. Data Management: Process large volumes of sensitive data, maintain manual and digital records, and compile statistical reports. Departmental Support: Provide vital administrative assistance across departments, including organising workshops and talks, processing financial transactions, and preparing regular progress reports. Technical Assistance: Offer technical support for office equipment, including phones and printing resources. Minimum Criteria Academic Qualification Route A minimum of 4 GCSEs which must include English and Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent*. Working with office systems, both manual and electronic, within an office environment. 2.Experience in data input and the preparation of letters, reports, tables, diagrams, numerical analysis and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) 3. Experience in a public facing role requiring a high level of customer care skills.
