Responsibilities
Monitor emergency calls and respond promptly to client needs.
Coordinate with medical professionals and emergency services as required.
Maintain and update client records and documentation accurately.
Provide information and guidance to clients and their families regarding care services.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to emergency response systems.
Conduct routine checks of equipment to ensure functionality and reliability.
Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in health or social care preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or care-related role is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
Demonstrated ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Proficient in using communication and computer systems relevant to care operations.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £13.26
