Business Analysts Services, Credit Cards & Migration (Day-Rate Contract)
Contractor, Fixed Term Contract role in Product Management.
Located in London - Hybrid.
Role Overview
To support one of our key strategic objectives, we are seeking experienced Credit Card Business Analysts to establish the pipeline of work for our Product & Engineering teams building our Core Credit platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Document existing business processes and capabilities to establish feature backlogs and requirements to be delivered by our core platform Product and Engineering teams.
2. Capture current-state processes that are fully documented and validated with business owners to ensure completeness.
3. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams in discovery processes to establish how to deliver cards processes across the NewDay platform.
4. Support teams as they build and test the capabilities.
5. Define migration requirements for current products into the target solution.
Deliverables:
1. Current-state Business Process Flows and documentation.
2. Feature-level Business Requirements, approved by stakeholders.
3. Discovery artifacts, including initial Product backlogs to support build and implementation.
4. Support Feature testing.
5. Data Mapping documentation and requirements for migration as necessary.
What you’ll bring:
We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:
1. Proven track record of Business Analysis in financial services and cards.
2. Credit Cards and Cards industry experience.
3. Platform Migrations.
4. Cards platforms such as FirstVision and Tsys.
5. Great written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
