The Role:
As Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the company's facilities. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day facilities operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
2. Manage budgets and oversee vendor contracts, including negotiations and performance reviews.
3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
4. Develop and implement strategies for long-term facilities improvement.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to address facility-related issues promptly.
6. Supervise a team of facilities staff and provide clear guidance and leadership.
