CUSTOMER SERVICE:
1. Proactive Problem Resolution: Anticipate potential customer issues and resolve them swiftly and efficiently.
2. Help create and foster a warm, welcoming, professional environment for internal and external customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attend all daily requirements regarding the space's opening/closing, member requirements, sales leads when required, meeting room bookings, and mail distribution when needed.
2. Work with the Space Team to facilitate internal/external event promotions and foster a community environment.
3. Complete new member induction, onboarding/offboarding processes, and practices that align with organisational procedures.
4. Service meeting rooms with coffee deliveries, introduce clients to the space, and set up the meeting rooms for the space's day-to-day operation.
5. Provide support to the other Team Members and Management to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of CreativeCubes.Co.
6. Ensuring the ‘Daily Checklist’ for your location is completed during the day according to the Space & Organizational.
7. When necessary, assist with projects and support a Business Centre lead with projects when required.
ENQUIRIES AND NETWORKING:
1. We welcome all enquiries showing the highest level of hospitality and following current Procedures.
2. Assist with following up enquiries as directed from time to time.
3. Assist with hosting and organising networking and community events.
MAINTENANCE:
1. Reporting and completion of all maintenance requests both internally and with building management.
2. Work with other Team Members to ensure the centre is always in excellent condition.
OTHER:
Any other duties reasonably requested in line with any of the above.

Desired Experience:
1. 2-3 years of experience working a customer service role.
2. University Graduate preferred.
3. Customer Service and sales experience is a must.
4. Hotel Operations or Concierge background is a plus.
5. Strong self-awareness.
6. 2 + years of operational and or facilities management.
7. Demonstrate strong moral values, empathy, passion, career aspirations, and positive living.
8. Strong communication, organisation, and project management skills.
