The successful candidate will be a multi-skilled sales professional and will possess strong selling and closing skills. Our client does not turnover staff very often and the existing team is long established for over 10 years. They have a very strong market share and a very large pipeline of agreed sales. You will be walking into an operation near the peak of its performance, so you will need to hit the ground running. Estate Agent Sales & Valuations Manager - Scope & Candidate Requirements: You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Listings and Sales in your area You will have a successful track record in Estate Agency You must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them whilst passionately delivering a superior customer service at all times You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity A valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle is essential for this role Estate Agent Sales & Valuations Manager - Key objectives: To lead and manage the Valuations, Listings and Sales of residential properties Prospecting for market appraisals, viewings and cross-sales Assisting the branch with any other relevant duties Assisting with keeping the knowledge and skill levels of all staff up to speed Any other ad-hoc duties Estate Agent Sales & Valuations Manager - Remuneration: £25,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience £350 - £450 per month car allowance paid, subject to individual experience and skill level Office and personal commission paid £65,000 - £70,000 On Target Earnings (this is what the outgoing staff member was on target to earning this year, but previously they have earned as much as £130,000 in s single year) Current performance has been on average 20 listings per month, so you will be busy Working Hours: 5 day working week including 1 weekend day per week 9am-6pm Monday to Friday with 1 day off mid-week 9am-5pm Saturdays, 10am-4pm Sundays (alternating each week) Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents and Financial Services Professionals hits 17 years of successful trading.
