We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes and will contribute to cultivating a supportive and innovative work environment.

Description
* Assisting with the recruitment process by liaising with candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records.
* Supporting onboarding initiatives for new hires.
* Assisting with HR-related inquiries and providing appropriate solutions.
* Coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
* Collaborating with the HR department to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Assisting in the performance management and employee evaluation process.
* Managing HR documents and employee records in accordance with privacy regulations.
Profile
A successful HR Coordinator should have:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of HR functions and procedures.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
