Customer Service Advisor

Your new role
Join a small team focused on delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for making sure that orders are processed, customer queries are answered and be the first point of contact for contractors.
* Receive & process orders
* Liaise with customers with the aim of achieving operational excellence and full customer satisfaction
* Problem-solving customer issues relating to deliveries & product supply
* Updating customer & haulier on order/delivery status
* Proactively contacting customers to enquire about order requirements
* Effectively handling customer queries
* Basic reporting
* Reception duties as and when required
What you'll need to succeed
Customer service or sales administration experience, preferably with a manufacturing, construction or engineering background. Please note this role is office-based and will require the successful candidate to be on-call.
The shift pattern is as follows:
Week 1 & 2: 9am-5pm
Week 3: 7am-3pm
Week 4: 10.30-5pm (on call until 9pm and Saturday and Sunday)
