We have targeted the healthcare industry as the lever to affect change, working collaboratively to have rapid impact atscale. Our sole purpose is to leverage reduction in GHG emissions at the pace and scale science demands, focusing on ‘product, not process’.What You Will DoThe individual will hold a variety of responsibilities across the business and will have the opportunity to learn and develop their own capabilities to take on wider responsibilities.CommunicationNewsletter and website content management; originating, preparing and refreshing content for publication. Oversight of the development of the international digital footprint across multiple regions. Manage and grow the business social media presence (LinkedIn, TikTok etc.) and support the production of podcasts.Business administrationDiary and business administration responsibilities to support the management team. Responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences etc. Basic financial responsibilities to inform and support financial reporting and budget setting and the opportunity to gain experience in business management.Programme deliveryThere are a number of high-impact programmes that we are currently delivering and developing. The candidate will have the opportunity to support programmes of work and grow into a delivery role if so desired.Who You AreWe want a team member that is highly organised and has the ability to coordinate a highly ambitious team. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously with a relentless passion to make a real difference.A background in climate change, sustainability or the healthcare industry is desirable but not a prerequisite, the calibre of the individual is of the greatest importance.The RoleWe offer the opportunity to become an integral part of our team, working with world-leading experts in the field of climate science to shape the future of our organisation, and indeed the planet. The role will be varied and grow along with the individual.The organisation is based in central London; however, we offer flexibility of working patterns and location for the right candidate. We are offering a full-time equivalent salary of £50k pro-rata, working a minimum of 2-3 days/week.This is a critical role for us to help realise a sustainable future for a unique organisation which punches above its weight in impact.
