To be successful for this role you must have:
1. Extensive experience and a proven track record of success in managing and delivering large-scale non-residential development projects end-to-end.
2. Experience commissioning and contracting new partnerships to meet strategic and operational requirements, and collaborating with residents and the wider community to achieve better outcomes.
3. Knowledge of driving increased sustainability through delivered schemes.
4. Understanding of local authorities and the services within.
5. Experience and prior knowledge of leading and or working on a town hall / listed building refurbishment / regeneration programme / project of works.
6. Refurbishment of a listed building desirable.
7. Experience of general development or construction management experience.
