9-5

Main duties:
- Operate the live chat providing excellent customer service
- Dealing with online orders and returns
- Responding to emails
- Receiving phone calls (mainly inbound)
- Deal with monthly customer subscriptions
What we're looking for:
- Previous customer service experience
- Open to learn
- Flexible with working hours
