Job title: Project Manager
We're partnered with one of the UK's top-performing connectivity businesses. They are offering an exciting opportunity for a new Project Manager to join their team during a period of significant growth. This role involves managing projects for a broad range of customers, delivering connectivity-based solutions across LAN, WiFi, WAN, Security, or a combination of all these technologies.
Responsibilities:
1. Owning Projects: Responsible for project’s success, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
2. Collaborating: Building a good rapport with the Delivery, Sales, Solution Architects & Engineering teams.
3. Keeping Customers Happy: Managing customers’ expectations and keeping the customer up to date.
4. Problem Solving: Knowing how to deal with setbacks, issues & challenges and communicate a path forward to those involved.
5. Building Trust: Make project recommendations, not be afraid to challenge if you see a better way.
6. Understand the products & Services: You don’t need to be technical but take the time to understand basic concepts.
7. Leading Project Meetings: Host project kick-offs & workshops bringing everyone involved together whether that be in person or over Teams.
8. Documentation: Build project plans based on customer objectives and Statement of Works produced by Sales & Solution Architects.
9. Supporting Transitioning: Making sure the Service Desk knows how to support the customer as part of transitioning.
Skills:
1. Strong relationship management skills.

3. Intermediate Excel skills.
4. Excellent analytical skills.
5. A high level of organisational and planning skills.
6. A detail-oriented, proactive, self-starter approach, with a positive, willing attitude.
7. Knowledge of PM software tools, for example, MS Project, Monday.com, Trello or Smartsheet.
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
9. A passion for service improvement.
Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in an IT Service Provider business.
2. Prince 2 qualified or any other recognised project / programme management qualification.
3. Minimum 5 years consecutive UK address (SC clearance required).
4. Experience working in a fast-paced SME environment.
The package:
