ROLE
* Collaborate with one of the largest teams of transactional construction lawyers globally. Provide transactional advice on major projects across sectors including real estate, energy and infrastructure. Work on projects with high visibility and complexity including nuclear power stations, large-scale developments and international rail and hotel projects. Deliver client-focused legal solutions as part of a supportive, agile team. Participate in significant, high-value deals and advise an impressive client roster including developers, contractors, investors and government entities.
REQUIREMENTS
* Qualified in England and Wales with 4+ years PQE, ideally from a large commercial firm. Experienced in construction, projects or similar areas. Strong academic background with excellent communication and organisational skills. Commercially aware, client-focused and able to work well in a collaborative, agile environment. Inquisitive, eager to learn and committed to developing knowledge and skills in Construction & Engineering law. Well-organised and adept at project management.
