Our next Registered Manager will be someone who has:
10. Level 5 Diploma - Leadership and Management Children’s and Young People (Preferred or willing to work towards)
11. Level 3 Diploma - Residential Childcare (Preferred or willing to work towards)
12. Full UK Driving Licence required
13. Extensive experience of working in a residential setting
14. High level of working knowledge of relevant legislation such as Children’s Act and Quality Care Standards
15. Experience of leading and motivating teams
16. Ability to effectively train individuals and groups
