Deliver business and digital transformation projects efficiently, working with SMEs across operations, technology, and more. Ensure governance aligns with industry standards and policies.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain governance and risk management in line with internal policies.
* Implement best practice programme management and governance.
* SUPPORT DELIVERY OF INITIATIVES AND PROJECTS THROUGH ANALYSIS, PROCESS DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENTATION.
* Collaborate in project planning and design, monitoring progress and resolving issues.
* Contribute to improving project delivery methodology and tools.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
* Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE 2, Agile).
* Experience with Microsoft applications (e.g. SharePoint, Teams).
* Background in energy/utility or regulated environment.
* Effective communication and reporting skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with teams.
* Experience with project management tools (e.g. DevOps, Trello).
