About the position
Are you passionate about driving growth and making a global impact? We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to lead the sales and expansion of our Medical and Dental Colacryl® Polymers and Solutions worldwide. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to leverage the extensive product portfolio of the Mitsubishi Chemical Group (MCG) to exceed customer expectations and drive success. You'll drive global sales, leverage broader market resources, and gather market intelligence to identify new product development opportunities and deliver commercially viable growth strategies.
Your responsibilities
1. Act as the main contact for healthcare customers, ensuring a profitable partnership and meeting sales targets.
2. Design and manage major supply contracts, including terms, liabilities, insurances, and support.
3. Identify new business opportunities by staying updated on market trends and changes in standards and laws.
4. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and create new business opportunities.
5. Negotiate prices, monitor account performance, provide forecasts, and manage customer audits and complaints.
Your experience, knowledge, and skills
6. Substantial sales experience, preferably in specialty or healthcare products, with proven success in achieving sales growth.
7. Strong technical sales and marketing knowledge, with a track record in new business development.
8. Expertise in negotiating complex contracts, including IP, liability, and technical support.
9. Experience in developing and delivering new products with customers, and managing key accounts.
10. Knowledge of medical device regulations (EU and UK) and experience with customer auditing.
11. Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and analytical skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
