We are looking for a creative, energetic professional to help us make an impact in mainstream consumer media and social media by generating eye-catching ideas which reach new, younger audiences. This role will work closely with the wider Media Relations, social media and marketing teams on integrated marketing and PR campaigns. The role will manage and work alongside our Consumer PR agency. As well as planning a drumbeat of consumer-focused news, you will also be responsible for identifying spontaneous opportunities to capitalise on the news agenda and social media trends.
This role requires a flair for storytelling and passion for innovation and creativity. It will require strong leadership and an understanding of earned media, social media and influencer activity.
This role is in the Brand, Marketing and Corporate Affairs team which is responsible for maintaining Nationwide’s brand and reputation both internally and externally.
