Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The role:
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to support trade marketing initiatives and projects. In this role, you’ll deliver excellent client relationship management and ensure that all trade marketing communications are on brand, on budget and drive revenue.
As Trade Marketing Executive, you’ll will keep accurate records of project briefs and act as the main point of contact for project consultants, clients and internal teams. You’ll also create engaging presentations that introduce the brand, highlight our projects division and showcase product proposals whilst ensuring our messaging aligns with client needs and business goals.
Main responsibilities:
* Managing individual projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.
* Creating engaging presentations that introduce the brand and product proposals.
* Arranging and attending client meetings and product demonstrations, building strong relationships.
* Ordering and organising sample deliveries, documenting and sharing client feedback.
* Meeting regularly with the product team to ensure project samples are on track and relay client insights.
* Maintaining accurate records of project briefs, quotes and client communications.
* Supporting the content manager and customer service team in setting up and running trade show stands.
* Attending trade shows, engaging with potential and existing clients and gathering valuable leads.
* Collating and passing on trade show leads to the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Executive.
* Assisting in creating and proofreading brochures, direct mail and other trade communications.
* Visiting VIP clients to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
What experience and skills you’ll need:
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-orientated Trade Marketing Executive with a strong background in marketing and project management. Ideally, you will come with a solid understanding of trade marketing practices.
Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. You’ll be confident in creating and delivering presentations, with excellent attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, especially Excel/Sheets for reporting and PowerPoint/Slides/Canva for visual storytelling.
A passion for interior design would be a plus, as would a degree in marketing, design or a related field. This role requires a proactive approach, a willingness to travel within the UK and USA when needed and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
