We are passionate about driving growth and innovation in the e-commerce space, and we are seeking an experienced and strategic digital marketeer to lead our client success initiatives and elevate the growth of TikTok Shops across our portfolio.
We're looking for a strategic and results-driven digital marketing expert to lead our TikTok Shop account management teams. You'll be responsible for driving excellence in campaign delivery, client satisfaction, and overall performance across all TikTok Shop operations.
This role is perfect for someone who is an expert of paid and organic social and keen to take the leap into Tik Tok shop OR someone who already has experience in delivering campaigns in Tik Tok shop and keen to take the next step in elevating their experience in the social commerce ecosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Platform Expertise & Strategy:
1. Maintain a deep understanding of TikTok platform features, algorithms, and trends.
2. Be a thought leader within the agency, sharing insights via social posts, event speaking, and strategy development.
3. Lead TikTok Showcase Livestream strategies with clients, from planning and execution to post-event analysis.
4. Serve as the escalation point for any TikTok-related issues, such as Shopify integration or backend challenges, ensuring smooth operations.
Client Relationship Management:
1. Lead and manage all client relationships, ensuring clear communication and maintaining senior-level client connections.
2. Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and develop strategies that align with their goals, industry trends, and market conditions.
3. Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, objectives, and KPIs.
Campaign & Performance Management:
1. Oversee the development, execution, and optimisation of TikTok Shop campaigns for both your clients and your team's clients.
2. Develop high-level, data-driven campaign strategies that drive success, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with client business goals and KPIs.
3. Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to continuously improve results.
Team Leadership & Development:
1. Lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Managers, Account Executives and Paid media specialists providing strategic direction and professional development.
Reporting & Insights:
1. Oversee the planning, preparation, and review of all client reports, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.
2. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all reports, while deriving actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Growth & New Business Development:
1. Support the Business Development team with lead generation, identifying new opportunities, and pitching new accounts.
2. Present strategic plans to senior clients and manage negotiations for new and renewed contracts.
Financial Management & Reporting:
1. Drive the achievement of financial targets, ensuring that revenue and profitability goals are met across all client accounts.
Thought Leadership & Innovation:
1. Take a proactive, strategic approach to identifying challenges and opportunities, using client data and industry insights to anticipate needs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A solid background in paid media, ideally particularly within the TikTok Ads ecosystem, is necessary to optimise campaigns and drive performance.
2. You should also bring significant client management experience, with the ability to develop tailored strategies that align with clients' business goals.
3. Team management experience is also crucial, as you will be leading and mentoring a team of Account Managers to ensure high-performance delivery across all client accounts.
4. Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience working in Excel.
5. Comfortable learning new technologies and platforms as the Tik Tok ecosphere is continually updating.

1. Proven expertise in managing TikTok Shops is essential, with a strong understanding of the platform's features, algorithms, and trends.
2. Experience in wider e-commerce trading management, including managing inventory, promotions, and integrations across multiple platforms to drive overall growth.
3. Experience with influencer marketing.
