Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
Who are we looking for?
This role will be responsible for leading a broad range of third party risk assurance activities. The third party risk manager will work closely with functional leads to strengthen the overall risk management framework and support business growth while maintaining a sound control environment.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
* Lead a broad range of third-party risk assurance activities, including supplier risk assessments and ongoing risk reviews.
* Continuously assess the application and effectiveness of controls in managing third-party risks.
* Support business teams in identifying, remediating, and reporting risk events arising from third-party relationships.
* Provide specialist third-party risk management support across various activities, including service reviews and exit planning where appropriate.
* Report on the progress of third-party risk management activities within Gamma, ensuring accurate and effective risk reporting.
* Facilitate supplier audit activities, ensuring appropriate oversight and compliance with risk frameworks.
* Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to strengthen third-party risk management practices.
* Develop and deliver training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to drive engagement with third-party risk management processes across the business and supplier network.
* Maintain a centralised database of third-party details, risk assessments, and communications to ensure effective oversight and tracking.
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience of risk management, internal or external audit
* A strong understanding of risk and control is expected
* Critical thinking with strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* You have technical skills in third party risk management and experience conducting risk assessments.
* Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills, working with all levels of seniority and disciplines within the organisation
* Professional Qualification (IRM, CII, ACCA, ACA etc) would be highly regarded, but not essential.
* It is desirable you have worked within a technology driven company.
