Job Title: Early Years Assistant Manager
Pay: £25,420.00-£26,333.00 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your Role as Early Years Assistant Manager:
* Inspire and lead staff to provide high-quality, inclusive early years education and care in line with our policies and procedures.
* Serve as a role model, demonstrating sensitive and responsive interactions that extend children’s learning.
* Ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met and maintained.
What We’re Looking For:
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent).
* Post-qualification experience in early education, childcare, or a similar environment.
* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports, child protection/safeguarding documentation, and business correspondence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other computer tools for report writing and administrative tasks.
* Leadership skills – the ability to inspire, motivate, and set high standards for yourself and your team.
* An enhanced DBS check (if your current certificate is not subscribed to the update service).
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year
