Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a solicitor with:
* 3+ years’ PQE in care law.
* A background in private practice, representing individuals.
* Panel membership (desirable) or a willingness to work towards it (essential).
* A commercially aware mindset with strong client care skills.
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary with a lucrative bonus scheme:
o 5% of salary once you exceed target.
o 25% of salary for exceeding target by 20%.
o Bonus caps out at 40% of salary.
* Flexible working – three days in the office, two from home.
* 25 days’ holiday (3-5 days to be used over Christmas) plus bank holidays.
