Tuberculosis (TB) Nursing Service
13.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse post within the Tuberculosis (TB) Nursing Service. The service is based within the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and provides care to patients across the NHS Lothian geographical area.
As a Staff Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic nursing team and a wider multidisciplinary team, delivering care and support to individuals affected by tuberculosis. A current driving licence is required, as you will need to be a car driver for this role.
Organisational skills are vital in this role as you will be expected to manage clinics, arrange and carry out community visits, to assess, support and monitor patients throughout their TB treatment. Effective IT, written and verbal skills are an essential part of this role.
