This is a new role, reporting to the Head of Project Management, in which you will lead talented teams of developers and consultants to deliver cutting-edge solutions that elevate our clients' businesses. Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager: Drive successful end-to-end delivery of technical projects, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Build lasting client relationships through clear, consistent communication. Mentor and motivate the team, ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed. Monitor project risks, ensure smooth resourcing, and keep internal and external stakeholders updated. Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Teams to support new opportunities and optimise revenue from existing clients. Project reporting on active projects and inputting into financial forecasting Actively contribute to the strategy and growth of the team through team meetings/process and documentation and actively suggest improvements. Supporting best practice including conformance to and continuous improvement of relevant processes and templates. Essential Expertise of the Senior Project Manager: A project management pro with a background in Dynamics 365 and experience in client-facing roles. Skilled in project planning, execution, and monitoring, using tools like MS Project or similar. A clear communicator, a confident leader, and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A clear understanding of the software development lifecycle and delivering a plan to this using the appropriate methodology. Financially savvy, with experience in budgeting and financial management principles. Ideally, you’re certified in PMP or PRINCE2 and bring an Agile mindset to project delivery. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to provide innovative ideas and solutions and drive continuous improvement. Why Join?
