As a Stronger Voices Officer, you are key to ensuring that the customer voice is heard strongly and that both our local services and our group-wide approaches are influenced and responsive to customers' needs and priorities.
You will work closely with your colleagues who also deliver for our customers and communities such as Housing Officers, Wheatley Care staff, NETs teams and Wheatley Foundation to make positive contributions to the lives of our customers.

* able to work collaboratively with customers and partner agencies to support the continued development of our communities.
You should have:
* previous experience of working in a customer focussed role;
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* a good knowledge of the housing sector; and
* demonstrative experience of working as a team.
