Where will you be working?
At M Group Highways, we support the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.

You’ll be joining our Highways Maintenance team in Wiltshire — Melksham, Chippenham, and Wilton. As the UK’s leading highway maintenance contractor, our teams utilize the latest innovations to develop effective solutions. Our services include planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.
What will you be doing?
* Undertaking highways repairs, including drainage, footways, patching, potholes, and general highway maintenance as part of a team.
* Using technology (tablets/apps) to input safety data and maintenance records.
* Driving and operating plant and equipment where trained, necessary for daily tasks.
* Taking responsibility for vehicles, plant, and materials in your charge.
* Providing direction and supervision to less experienced operatives where appropriate.
* Participating in winter and emergency maintenance activities out of hours on a standby rota.
What you’ll bring
* New Roads and Street Works (NRSWA) Operative Accreditation
* Lantra 12d certification
* Ability to perform manual work outdoors in all weather conditions, with a commitment to Health and Safety
* Good communication skills, basic literacy, and numeracy
* Clean driving license
* Highways experience
* CSCS Card
* LGV Class C or the capability to gain this during probation
