Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to join our client's team and help lead their HR department through an exciting period of growth and transformation. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for laying the foundations of a strong HR framework that aligns with their company's growth plan. Key responsibilities will include policy updates, strategic planning, and managing HR operations with resilience and adaptability. 1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
4. Support business needs through the development and management of performance evaluation system.
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
7. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
8. Nurture a positive working environment.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate change with ease, and understands how to drive engagement and foster a positive, growth-oriented atmosphere. This role requires strong logic and the ability to deliver both short-term and long-term goals with operational efficiency, all while being an integral part of the wider team and growth journey.
1. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
3. People oriented and results driven.
4. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
5. Strong Project Management skills and experience.
6. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
7. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
8. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
9. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
