About The Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, creative individual to join our established team as a B2B Senior Marketing Executive.
Within this exciting role, the successful candidate will support the Marketing management team and relevant business stakeholders, to help coordinate the development, design and delivery of the Wealth Distribution and Marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting and leading, where appropriate, the delivery of the Wealth Distribution and Marketing Plan, ensuring maximum impact and consistency with all business marketing activity and sales objectives.
2. Supporting the marketing lead on business projects, including assessing impacts on the LV= proposition position, developing content, and implementing activity as part of our wider strategic marketing plan.
3. Communicating marketing activity plans and performance to relevant stakeholders, ensuring appropriate support and response management.
4. Ensuring LV= are up to date with marketing trends, emerging market issues, competitor activity, and distribution dynamics in the industry.
5. Producing practical insights and actions to protect and develop our marketing positioning.
6. Organising and managing key industry events, webinars and roundtable discussions.
7. Collaborating with external agencies and investment partners to develop content, and ensure events are well-executed and aligned with marketing goals and provide measurable results.
8. Representing LV= at external marketing events where required.
9. Building and executing 'hero' and tactical marketing campaigns across the full marketing channel mix, including off and online.
10. Using marketing automation and reporting tools and evaluation processes to track, analyse and improve efforts and ROI.
About You
Our ideal candidate will…
1. Be a proactive B2B marketer with strong, relevant experience, ideally within the IFA market or financial services industry.
2. Demonstrate the ability to identify, understand, and interpret strategic and tactical marketing opportunities.
3. Be self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to think laterally.
4. Be a team player, able to lead others when required.
5. Have the ability to work in a pressured and changing environment.
6. Possess strong communication and relationship management skills.
7. Hold strong technical marketing expertise and keep up to date with emerging and future trends.
8. Showcase strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
9. Be able to work across the ‘marketing mix’, writing copy for online and offline campaigns.
10. Be working towards, or have obtained, a recognised marketing qualification (CIM/ACIM), or equivalent.
