About the Role:
We are looking for someone to take financial responsibility for the day-to-day running of Drum OMG as a business. Reporting to a FD (with responsibility for other businesses within the group), you will inspire confidence that all areas of the business are understood and in hand to senior leadership both within the business and the wider UK Group.
With the support of a newly hired Finance/Accounts Assistant, the role will be responsible for income reporting and management, ongoing forecasting and budgeting, and monthly reporting and submissions. The role will also be the main point of contact for group finance requests for information or analysis on submitted actuals or forecasts.
It's likely you will already be in a reporting role, whether in a group or an independent agency.
Key tasks:
1. Shaping of monthly actual reporting to deadline and submission into HFM
2. Managing the monthly reforecasting process within HFM
3. Directing the workflow of a junior staff member
4. Liaising with Agency MD on status updates
5. Liaising with client leadership on income status
6. Managing the income process and reporting for the agency
7. Assisting the FD on ad hoc tasks
