Wood Sheet Metal is part of your Systems Integration team within out Digital Consulting business supporting across our UK projects. This position is a full-time role based at the workshop in Bedford Monday – Friday. The Role The Administrator will be responsible for managing & maintaining key production & project data, ensuring smooth operations in line with business requirements. This role involves creating & managing bills of materials, job routings & work orders while also supporting project costing and providing key data insights. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a highly computer literate professional with advanced excel proficiency, including expertise in formulas and macros, combined with a strong understanding of material requirements planning processes. Manage the life cycle of works orders, including updates, modifications and closure Add & maintain sales orders within the system ensuring accuracy and timeliness Provide support for project costing by analysing and maintaining accurate cost data Provide data for key performance indicators including productivity utilization and OTIF metrics Assist in generating reports and analysing trends to support decision making Support month end cost and forecasting process Qualifications Skills And Qualifications What makes you remarkable?
