We seek a versatile Experience Designer to devise simple solutions for varied users. They'll work on a global health tech platform for medical professionals and patients. Designing for web, mobile, and users with differing needs is a unique challenge for a dynamic designer.
This role is involved in all product design stages, from discovery to testing. The Experience Designer will collaborate with the Director of UX and cross-functional teams to realise their vision.
Key responsibilities include:
* Executing all design phases, from researching user needs to testing and iterating solutions
* Co-creating with customers, stakeholders, and end-users on workshops and design sessions/reviews
* Producing UX artefacts in formats like sketches, storyboards, task flows, wireframes, prototypes etc. meeting quality and accessibility standards
* Creating seamless journeys between digital and physical mediums
* Collaborating with multiple teams across Best Buy Health, e.g. Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Customer Success, Implementation etc. and multiple time zones
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of Experience Designer experience
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with user research, usability testing, and converting findings into clear, concise, actionable items
* Proven understanding and experience with interface design, interaction design, and prototyping
* Experience creating UX artefacts for responsive web and mobile applications
* Experience communicating design processes, ideas, and solutions to teammates, Engineers, and stakeholders
* Knowledge of industry tools: Figma, Miro etc.
* Experience in the healthcare sector
